This year the Herndon swim League will be having two sets of clinics to help our parents/officials be prepared for the summer swimming season.

Stroke and Turn/Referee Clinics

This clinic will be taught by Jim Thompson, a Potomac Valley Swimming trainer. Jim will cover the technical rules for all four of the basic strokes as well as the individual Medley and the procedures for running an efficient swim meet. These clinics will be taught in Community Room #3 at the Herndon Community Center at 7:00 PM on the following dates:

• Monday, June 11th - Please assigned someone to pick up ribbons and DQ cards at this meeting!
