Each year since 1993 the league has recognized a volunteer who has gone above and beyond to dedicate a great deal of time to their team as well as to the league.  This year's volunteer has been a longtime Team Rep for team, and has done the job single handedly.  This person takes care of team communications, scheduling pictures and social events for the team, also helps run the officials training for the league, and is always willing to step in to help other teams when they are in need. Along with volunteers from their team, this person has for many seasons organized all the awards for the All-League Meets, placing medals and rosette ribbons into separate folders for each event. She does all of this while being the mom to three very active children and caring for her aging mother.  Probably her greatest attribute is that when things go wrong, she has the ability to see the positive, keep a smile on her face and power through! This year's recipient jumped in from day one in swimming to volunteer in every possible capacity to help the team before taking over as its Team Rep 10 years ago.  A team cannot run successfully without a good, dedicated team rep.  This person is teh total embodiment of that. This year the league would like to recognize one of our Team Representatives.  A team cannot be run successfully without a good, dedicated team rep. This person has led their large team by themself for most of the last five years, only able to recruit an assistant this season. This person previously served as an assistant rep, and before that was a very reliable parent helper, consistently timing at meets, clerking, helping with clean up and whatever else needed to be done.
