Herndon Olympics Clinic - July 7, 2025
Good afternoon!
We are thrilled to announce that this year, the Herndon Olympics will welcome Olympian Erica Brown Connolly to our event.
Erica represented Team USA at the 2021 Tokyo Olympics as a member of the 4x100 freestyle relay, helping bring home a bronze medal for the red, white, and blue! Known for her explosive speed and graceful technique, Erica was a 21-time All-American at the University of Tennessee and a multiple-time SEC Champion. Since then, she's been a standout on the international stage, racing among the fastest sprinters in the world. Erica now brings her Olympic energy and inspiring story to Herndon, ready to motivate and teach the next generation of champions!
In addition to attending the Herndon Olympics on July 8th, Erica will host an Olympic Swim Clinic on Monday, July 7th.
This clinic is open to swimmers ages 8 and up and will be held at the Kingston Chase Pool (1623 Hiddenbrook Drive). This is a unique opportunity for swimmers to learn from an Olympian!
